Sanjiv and Param opened Stepz Fitness Rouse Hill in March 2023 with a clear vision to build a high-quality gym that would become the leading fitness destination in their area.

Sanjiv and Param were not simply looking to run a gym. They were focused on building a scalable asset that could grow beyond a single location. They wanted structure, support, and a clear pathway that would allow them to expand when the time was right.

Step 3- Year One Stability
By the end of year one, the gym reached approximately 440 members. This milestone created steady cash flow and operational confidence.
With a solid foundation in place, the business was positioned to scale further without compromising quality or member experience.
Step 4 - Scaling Consistently
Over the next two years, Rouse Hill continued to build momentum. Membership moved past 500, then 700, then 900.
Each stage of growth was the result of consistent execution, strong retention, and disciplined marketing rather than unpredictable spikes.
Step 5 - Reaching 1,000+ Members
The gym has now grown to over 1,090 active members and continues to expand.
Last month alone, the business generated $64,743.58 in gross revenue. This level of performance reflects not just sales, but retention, and steady community engagement.
Step 6 - Multi-Site Ownership
After building Rouse Hill into a strong and established location, Sanjiv and Param began expanding their portfolio within the Stepz network.
They took over another Stepz Fitness site and set plans in motion to open a brand new gym in 2026.
